M-PESA PROMOTION

The Promotion shall run from the 24th of February 2025 to the 30th of April 2025 (both dates included).

Definitions

Reference to “You” “Your” the “Player” or “Customer(s)” is reference to any person using Betika’s services across all available channels, which include our website.

How it Works:

  • In this Promotion, five (5) qualifying M-PESA customers per day will be selected at random to be awarded a cash prize of Five Hundred (500) Birr each. The award shall be deposited into the selected Customers’ Betika wallet within seven (7) days.
  • This Promotion is only available to M-PESA Customers who place a cash bet on pre- match or live on sportsbook events during the Promotion period.

Terms and conditions of use

  • Bets placed on Betika Super League, Betika Fasta, Jackpots, Crash games and products other than sportsbook are not eligible for this Promotion.
  • Only M-PESA Customers are eligible for this Promotion.
  • Only cash bets will be eligible for this Promotion (bets placed with Bonus will not qualify)
  • Bets that are canceled/void will not qualify for this Promotion.
  • Only once bets are settled will the Customer then be eligible for this Promotion.
  • A Customer can only win once during the duration of the Promotion.
  • Prizes may be claimed once per IP address, or hardware device, and only once in a household.
  • Multiple linked accounts are disqualified from this Promotion.
  • Betika reserves the right to void any winnings, at its sole discretion, and take any and all remedial action in instances including but not limited to:
    1. System or software malfunction or error; or
    2. Suspicion that there are Prohibited Activities being undertaken.
  • If Betika suspects any occurrence of Prohibited Activities, Betika may take such action as it deems necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to voiding any winnings or transactions, suspending an account, limiting withdrawals, and/or blocking an IP address(es).
  • Where the system erroneously generates winnings in excess of the allowed maximum limit, any amount above this limit will be regarded as void and not validly due and payable.
  • Where there is a dispute regarding this Promotion, the adjudication and decision of the National Lottery Administration in Ethiopia shall be final.
  • Betika reserves the right to request from the customers and verify, with the relevant authorities, any required documentation for purposes of identification or due diligence.
  • In the event that a customer fails to comply with the request for documentation or it is discovered that the customer was involved in any prohibited act as defined in our General Terms and Conditions, the customer shall be disqualified from the Promotion and the winnings voided.
  • Betika reserves the right to use the names, radio recordings, motion, and still images of the winner or winners, for purposes of publicity, marketing campaigns, and administering this Promotion.
  • Betika does not guarantee the availability of the Promotion on all devices and channels or its availability all the time.
  • The Promotion’s terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by Betika at its sole discretion and without notice.
  • Betika reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice.
  • This Promotion is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, non-infringement, non-interference, accuracy of data, accuracy of translation, availability, timing, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to Betika’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  • The Promotion is subject to the General Terms and Conditions available here. Where there are any inconsistencies, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail
